Why do we maintain a longer Delivery Timeframe?
Our products are carefully sourced and imported from different parts of Asia. When you place an order, we ship it straight from the source—by avoiding unnecessary storage, we minimize on shipping footprints. Your order travels efficiently, reducing emissions and waste.

Extended Storage and Fees
At our store, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why our standard storage period for orders extends up to 6 weeks from the order confirmation date. If you need more time—whether it’s for travel, renovations, or any other reason—we’re happy to accommodate longer storage periods without any extra fees, just give us an advanced notice before/once your order is placed.
However, if there’s a delay beyond the initial agreed schedule or no advanced notice is provided, our Extended Storage Fee comes into play. It’s a reasonable RM5/day, ensuring that your items remain securely stored until you’re ready to receive them. 😊📦
Shipping to Thailand, Hong Kong, and the Philippines
Orders for TH, HK, and PH will need to be processed manually outside of our Online Store. Please contact us at +6011-33006863 or team@loandbehold.com.my to get a separate quotation. Please note - Freight is quoted door to door via sea freight and is a drop off service only. Please note this freight service does not include unwrap, assembly, placement, rubbish removal, duties, taxes or port related costs. For more information on freight times to your specified address please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you have a showroom?
As an entirely online-based business, we do not have a physical showroom at the moment. However, we're always available to assist you! Feel free to contact us at +6011-3300 6863, and our team will be more than happy to provide online support.
What is the standard delivery timeframe?
For pre-order stock, goods will usually arrive within 4-6 weeks (West Malaysia) and 6-8 weeks (East Malaysia & other parts of the world).
Ready stock items are only reserved for West Malaysia customers and will take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
If you're in a rush, we offer express delivery for small items like lighting, but please note that additional charges may apply. Don't hesitate to contact us to inquire about express delivery options and associated fees.
Where do you ship to?
Our shipping services are currently available for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. As for other countries not listed, we encourage you to reach out to us at team@loandbehold.com.my, and we'll be glad to provide shipping quotations to explore the possibility of expanding our services to your location.

How do I track my order?

Can I do self-collection?
Yes! Just select 'self-pickup' during checkout. Our pick-up location is at Kota Damansara, Selangor. We will notify you the full address once your order is ready for pick-up.
Do you offer assembly/installation services?
We're here to help you with furniture assembly! If you're in the Klang Valley area, our team will be on-site to assist you with complimentary assembly. Don't worry if your location isn't covered for assembly services; our fantastic online support team is always available to guide you through the process.
